Frequently asked questions
How is air freight priced?
On chargeable weight — the greater of actual gross weight and volumetric weight, where volumetric weight is length × width × height in centimetres divided by 6,000. We calculate both from your packing list and quote on the higher figure so the final invoice matches.
How fast is air freight from Vietnam in practice?
Intra-Asia is typically 1–2 days airport to airport, Europe and North America 3–5 days, plus one day at each end for customs and delivery. Next-flight-out services compress this further when the cargo genuinely cannot wait.
Can you ship lithium batteries?
Yes, under the applicable IATA packing instruction. We need the MSDS and UN38.3 test summary, and the packing must be certified. Some carriers restrict standalone batteries, so we confirm the routing before booking.
