We book, collect and clear
Space is confirmed, cargo is collected, documents are prepared, and we transmit the customs declaration on VNACCS/VCIS under your power of attorney.

Delivery and document handover
Cargo is delivered to the door, and the complete document set is handed over for your accounting and tax records.
FAQ
Questions importers and exporters ask us
How quickly can I get a freight quote?
Within one working hour for standard FCL, LCL and air shipments on our regular lanes. Project cargo and out-of-gauge shipments usually take one working day because we survey the route first.
Do you handle both imports into Vietnam and exports out of Vietnam?
Yes, both directions. We prepare and transmit import and export declarations on the Vietnamese VNACCS/VCIS system under a written power of attorney from you, and we handle the green, yellow and red channel outcomes at the terminal ourselves.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
All of them. Most of our customers buy FOB or sell CIF, but we also handle EXW pickups at supplier factories and full DDP delivery where we act as importer of record through a partner.
Can you help a company importing into Vietnam for the first time?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We check HS classification and duty rates before you commit to a purchase order, tell you which permits or specialised inspections apply, and prepare the document set with you.
Do you ship to China and Russia?
Both are core lanes for us. We run sea and cross-border road freight to China through Lang Son and Mong Cai, and sea-rail and rail services to Russia and the CIS. Our team speaks Chinese and Russian.
How do I track my shipment?
Your coordinator sends milestone updates at booking, loading, departure, arrival, customs release and delivery. You can also request the carrier booking number and track directly with the shipping line or airline.
